OK, so I’ve read the novel and I understand why he’s doing this but I feel as though the punishment is by far 1000 times worse than what was done to the other guy. At this point, he is doing the absolute most like realistically, speaking the first night and him staying at his place was enough to get back what Oh boy did to him.
