Like i know the genre and how unlikely you're gonna get non-straight pairings in manga that aren't already heavily queer-themed (either BL/GL or specifically queer media) but hello they're right there. Their dynamic is wonderful. Everyone else in the cast is paired up w a romantic partner and we're left with the two (don't break the pattern <3) and it's!! Mm!!!

You know there has been a handful of instances where Tsubaki did give crumbs, like that time Nozaki wrote a bl doujin for that gal game he played with Mikorin lol. Or biggest flag yet, that Mayu and Mikorin are texting buddies cosplaying as MS/HS girls but I count it as flirting teehee

You could also point out that part when Nozaki had to write a blog and genderbent Mikorin for it to help Mayu, and all the comments were talking about how Mayu probably likes M(ikorin) lol.
