They never had sex or a real relationship (the ml and mc best friend) and it wasn’t really a problem later in the story! So if you still want to give it a try I think this story is good

I think in Passion it's done well bc ml falls way earlier - he hinself can't tell - and it's rly nice to see how well mc takes no shit from his crush. Like it's so satisfying when he just goes: nope it's over my heart is cold.
I don't like that trope of the male lead fucking or about to fuck the main character's crush for me personally that's so messy one of the reasons I'll never read passion no matter how many people recommend it to me so goodbye to this one too I guess :/
