Leo/Reo enjoyed it, he wants to get call “his highness or my majesty”. I don’t think it’s the age gap that turned Nanase on but by thinking their master/servant relationship back then. Which he think he doesn’t deserve to do that to their prince.
The one part that indicated it was about the age was when Leo/reo realized "I'm the same age as back then" and it showed their moment on the veranda right before Leo gets sent off to the princess.

Story telling is good but…..side eye. They didn’t do anything illegal. Leo/reo was of drinking age when they shared their first kiss. And who knows what the historical age of consent is in this setting. And it didn’t look like a grooming situation either. But the age gap concept is something hard to ignore even if overall the storytelling is good.
