Make sure the story isnt tagged with 'smut' otherwise its guaranteed to have sex every chapter. If it's not tagged with it but still has sex every chapter then its tagged wrongly because it should definitely have a smut tag.
And agreed, because to me sex is supposed to be the "reward" after all the work of getting to the love interest. If they've already gotten the reward without the work, then it's just boring.
Is it just me or every time you read a story and it has a sex scene the first two - three chapters, you kinda just loose interest..?! Like- yk what I mean?!! Like if the cover is good then I'll stay but like.. we want a good story, not one that has bunch of spicy scenes without knowing the characters yk ??
