Neither the mc nor the ml should be blamed

After the last chapters it's becoming clear that the ml was assaulted by his ex-wife so we understand better his coldness to his son. Neglecting his child is still horrible because the poor boy is not responsible for anything so I get if people are upset, but in the context (trauma + not being able to have any therapy about it) I consider that the ml did good by not going close to the child, because being still traumatized by what he went through, he could very easily have physically abused him

Now, I don't blame the mc either, she has no knowledge about the situation, so how could she adapt her words the best when the only thing she saw is poor boy being neglected ? Try putting yourself in her shoes for a second I would have probably confronted him the same after witnessing the child being ignored by his father, she doesn't see what caused him to be an absent father she just sees the consequences of it for the child, she just needs to learn what happened and she will act differently until then she is not to blame for telling him facts which are that he is a neglectful father to his child and it's not a good thing for the boy's growth

This story really reminds me of "I'm A Stepmother, But My Daughter Is Just Too Cute!", I hope the mc helps the ml, and as he heals he can be a better father for his son
