I think every girl in the harem is Kallum's wife but only one is the "legal" one... so, Mishe is still an "ordinary" wife but will soon become a "legal" one! :)

i know they didnt get married cause she wanted to improve and stuff but each time he refers to her as his wife so he considers her his wife or he just calls his women his wives ? i know its confusing but i want to clear it in my mind
