It had sort of a simpler artstyle like the manhwa No Home ( https://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/homeless/). I read it a couple years ago, I think it was on the official Webtoon site but I'm not sure. It vanished my read history and I could never find it again because it was a rather unknown and recent manhwa. ;_;
The first chapters were like that: This highschool girl moves to the countryside which has a nice view to the ocean, she is quite the delinquent and doesn't get very acquainted with her new classmates. One of these classmates is a black haired girl and she finds the blonde girl's cigarette pack and goes to her house to give her back but she does so in front of the blonde's father and he gets angry. That's what I remember the most lol
