
I agree. It hurts to watch but it's understandable why Yui would have no sense of what feelings or a relationship or anything like that would actually be. Because of his brother, he's never had the chance to form friendships and connections of his own or think about what he wants and why he wants it or how he really feels about anything. He's essentially an emotional blank slate. As much as we hate it, it's necessary for Yui to develop and understand his own feelings for them to be in a real, healthy relationship. I really feel so fucking bad for Hyun though. Like that was terrrrrrible to watch play out. Oof.
tbh i think they need this arc to clear a lot of things up ;v;
if someones with you out of obligation or guilt, thats not a good feeling for both parties. i hope the story addresses yui's feelings of guilt and obligation towards hyun and have them work past that to have a healthier relationship with each other built on love instead! there's also the fact that yui doesnt really know what love feels like, let alone what a healthy relationship is like because of what his brother has done and i hope the story addresses that too
