it was a bl manhwa i dont remember the name but the cover was like two guys standing face to face, the taller one had some hind of brown/blondish hair and the short one had blue hair.i think they were cousins but not really because the blue haired one was illegitimate son or something like that, they lived together amd had kind of a toxic relationship
