You mention side hobbies and here i am trying to picture jk doing some knitting or crocheting, gardening, baking, painting by numbers, etc. Now any of (or other than) those is a total ++++++

I think the problem I'm personally having w JK is that there's nothing redeemable that the author has given us. Like they have spent this whole time just making him horrible. There isn't anything positive we've experienced with him as a person. Like he isn't funny, no side hobbies, not one person he (knowingly) has a soft spot for, he doesn't even view Dan (or anyone else honestly) like real 100% people. The author hasn't given anything to give us a soft spot for except for the back story. I hope this makes sense.
