It's like author doesn't care for the seme. She needs to stop making him be a pushover he derserves better than a cheater/loser. If the author actually cared she would make the seme be with someone who valued him. But of we know that will never happen. He just going to forgive him like always and be a pushover like always.
He isn't a cheater like he didn't do that stuff with the teacher after he started dating the mc and he is going through shit which is why he is sleeping around I think author will give us a little bit of somewhat chasing arc and the mc turning somewhat maybe psycho towards the ml I feel like he may turn to be possessive/ toxic after witnessing what the ml has been doing there's many options it's up to the author but what I'm truly hoping to come out of the series is the character development because they both need it
