no, the color scheme of the cover hinges on red and green, both of their hair appears green where the light hits as well as on the shadow's on albert's shirt.
Its a stylistic choice, its the consistency makes it clear their hair isnt actually fuckin green. Think of it like ambient light.

................Many occurrences i've noticed the artist has drawn a character and then they have a switch up on their posture or there is a different angle they're shown in and their HAIR COLOUR will be DIFFERENT. Take the cover for example, Albies hair is GREEN ffs:/
