I think since he was never exposed to sex due to his parents he might have had no clue it existed. Once his partner introduced it to him that’s when he discovered he enjoyed it. Sometimes the “addiction” happens lol kind of like Pavlov’s dog. He can’t get off unless he does bdsm. It happens
