Hi, I'm looking for recommendations with specific main arcs/scenes where:
The pregnant one gives birth and dies afterwards.
I normally prefer reading BL but I know there's not a lot of this trope there I'll take Het stories where the FL dies after giving birth and the ML is in absolute despair.
Looking for that plot to be a main arc and it sort of shapes or haunts the narrative.
I'd like any recommendations that are as tragic and as despairing as possible even without comfort.
