Maybe not enough care? Like he does not like me that much?
I think the top got tired of not being put as priority. The bottom didn’t care as much to attend his exhibition, or to get to know his partner for 3 years. And it was just the last straw when he again (for probably so manyth time) ignored the top, because he was just too busy with work.
Why did they broke up ? I can’t understand
