From what I understood he's from the future
They are both named Ian. Two different bodies, 1 soul. The mc Ian was able to go back to the past due to the magic circle. The Ian of this timeline was suppose to die, but the mc Ian was able to avoid it. However, like what the mc Ian always wonders, we do not know what happened to his body from the future.
I'm confused by the timeline, is OG body from the distant future, and now his in a timeline where he wasn't meant to be born yet??
