That would be because the first 71 in the list is the most recent official English translation and then the 66-72 after that is fan translations. Probably even MTL
Ano so far is definitely there just for the misunderstanding. BUT I also cannot think of something worth more than him that would make them needing to go into the SS class dungeon again, which was pretty important to the plot.
Ngl, this is my full and honest opinion here... Ano could've just been left out, unnecessary character
Also, not to shit on the people doing the translation or anything, but I feel like the quality dropped off a bit between the first ch.71 and the sudden switch to ch.66-72
I know it's hard translating another language and getting the meaning right, but that's just something I noticed
