I don't know how to explain what I feel but it's really sad to see lethe and how she just accepts the fact that everybody's going to forget her because she is "oblivion" and that it was Rana's(God) will. You know how everybody moves on with their lives but you're stuck there. How lonely that must be for her and considering her backstory and how she went back in time to change her parent's life in exchange for her life. And to think that she's still helping her parents get married till the very end is just sooooo ╥﹏╥ I just can't my shaylaaaaaa.
Another thing I have to appreciate is how the author really knows what HISTORICAL MANHWA is. Like literally this is how it was during that period. You can't just get married to someone with a lowly background and everyone would oppose the emperor. That's why most kings/emperor tend to have dozens of mistresses. And that was considered normal at the time. You could also see how the dresses that they wore is appropriate during that time. (Don't get me started on how many of the "Historical manhwas" that I've read had dresses that you can see their knees and ankles!) Like maem? YOU SHOULDN'T LET YOUR ANKLES BE SEEN. IT IS NOT APPROPRIATE!!! What I'm trying to say is that. This manhwa is very realistic. The author and the artist really deserves a round of applause for making this masterpiece.
Any similar recs you could recommend me? I've read the Broken Ring: This marriage will fail anyway. Which as I've said before. Very realistic. And Miss Pendleton. But that's about it most of the historical manhwas are just not good enough for me.
