I honestly don’t understand at all! I saw it coming when before the empress died they showed her father being the person behind it, but… then the actual mastermind was the pope??
why did the empress not want any noble blood at all???? Why was her father ‘sick’ but not ‘sick’ to behind with??what even happened with the prisoner at the duchess house??? Did Sasha even met his friend from the streets?? Why say he misses her, and wants to see her for his birthday, BUT THEN GIVE US NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!! like not even the playdate at all! LIKE THE TROPE WAS HIM TO BEGIN WITH!!
