So I dont particulary care for Taegu, but this is not accurate. He is a gangster and do collections, so yeah Taegu is pretty much a numb and cruel person. When he nonchalantly told Yw’s dad to sell him it was just an unserious comment that only made him realize the dad doesnt care for his son. This is just a gist of how they relationship started… he started to become more of a human after meeting YW and that is true… ofc he is not going to chsnge his whole personality or jeopardize his job for him just yet. Im curious to see more of his memories.

I've never switched up on a character they way I have with taegu. This man has disappointed me as my former fav character in this series. Lord I'm ashamed I liked him. He's so shit the audacity to tell seoin to stay away from yw when he's the only one in this bitch who been riding for yw even when he didn't have to. He watched yw get slapped, smacked and kicked then proceeded to have this dumb epiphany of how yw is trying his best not to break. Like mf gtfoh!!! I'm so mad at him. Basically the chapter is about how by proxy taegu was absolutely responsible for yw getting beaten black and blue and being berated. There is no coincidence that ye would get abused most when taegu came to collect money. Yw's dad would beat yw most when it was collection day cz taegu would slap him too. A vicious cycle. Lord the detachment he had for yw's plight makes me sick. Like if you still think this ship should make it you hate yw. You want him to share his life with someone that just stood by while his childhood was being destroyed. He even tells yw's dad to sell him which we all know yw's dad did eventually so no surprise there.
