No, there has not been a vol 12 at all. Mangaka either dropped it, haitus, or needs a new publisher :(

There is no vol 12 published or scanned. It may exist in Japan somewhere but it hasn't come overseas yet. I am religiously in love with this manga and have not seen an ounce of work other than teasers from the mangaka's twitter.

Nope, but the author taking a long time to upload one volume like usually older bl mangaka do when they did long series. Also i heard volume 12 would be exist in december
