In manga/ manhwa.. debt gets passed from parent to child, does that actually happen IRL in Japan/Korea??
Is so that's twisted bruh.. I'm reading something rn, and the son is handling the father's (who's still alive) debt and I just think it's morally wrong, the child didn't cause the debt

    Yes, but unlike Japan( from what I read of) the person that dies can decide beforehand via inheritance if the debt gets transferred?
