3.5 / 5 Stars — Honest Review The story starts rather boring, picks up fast and gets very interesting, but than it sadly loses it‘s momentum and the ending is way too rushed and leaves you feeling a bit unsatisfied.
The first half of the story is very interesting and keeps you guessing, so you want to know what‘s going on, but it opens a lot of story lines that are never resolved in the end; I feel like in the beginning the author has something entirely different in mind, than what the ending was. It feels a few chapters too long (since it drags on), yet it feels overly rushed! The whole shabum gets resolved in three chapters and feels utterly underwhelming. I don’t know if the author felt annoyed or wanted it to be over, but it‘s a tad sad.
It is still a very good read and I do recommend it, just be prepared for some loss in storytelling and momentum.
