Let’s also be honest, has he ever done anything explicitly perverse toward Yeongwon? Has he crossed a clear moral line over the years?
Saying Taegu 'took advantage' of that is a serious oversimplification. This chapter didn’t just reveal YW’s coping mechanisms, it also showed how guilt and emotional responsibility weigh on Taegu. He didn’t stay in YW’s life because he manipulated him into letting him. He stayed because both of them are tangled in a trauma bond that neither fully understands how to escape. in this situation, does Taegu believe Yeongwon is finally safe? Can he really justify walking away and leaving someone like YW in the chaos alone?
If YW truly wanted him gone, I think we’d have seen that by now YW is quiet, not passive. Just because he hides his pain doesn’t mean he lacks agency. It’s not about who 'deserves' who it’s about how damaged people relate to each other even when it’s uncomfortable to watch.
Girl you just cherry picked fragments of the story to force fit your own narrative. TG took advantage? Of what exactly? Where’s the solid evidence? Show me a scene or facts any scene any facts where he’s actively manipulating Yeongwon to stay close. Glad we finally got a chapter showing the true backstory between these two so now all the horny ass taegu fans will stfu and back off a bit. we see that yw is the type to put a smile on and not be angry or sad regardless of what he goes through and I think taegu has took advantage of that in a way which is why he’s be able to remain so close to yw throughout the years. If it wasn’t for yws character taegu wouldn't still be in his life. he doesn’t deserve to be with yw.
taegu defenders are a strange case tho so i wouldn’t be suprised if this chapter has somehow fueled the delusion even more.
