Ikr the ML isnt toxic rapist abusive as other series, he just has an ego complex. He felt the MC is beneath beneathhhhh him that is why he never saw them as equals. I have hopes for him but, gotta keep it low coz god knows how much he fucked up already.
That happened around chapter 29–30! Joo Muhyuk is a prosecutor also known as Prosecutor Joo and a friend of Taekang’s. He once received a recording which later turned out to be sent by Yigon’s brother. He’s worried something might happen to Taekang, so as a friend, he decided to dig deeper and investigate Yigon because he thought Yigon was problematic. But actually, all the issues were caused by Yigon’s brother just to ruin Yigon’s reputation. That’s why I’m super excited to see what Joo Muhyuk is going to say to Taekang next!
UGH yesss he’s not abusive-toxic but the way he constantly belittled Yigon?? He’s not the worst out there, but the bar is literally in hell lmao. I’m scared the author’s gonna sweep it all under the rug with one "I was wrong" and suddenly he’s worthy. I need him to suffer just a bit first

I really hope Muhyuk brings some good news like actual facts about Yigon and his brother that will slap Taekang in the face, proving everything Yigon said was true all along, like, okay, Taekang might be completely oblivious to how Yigon feels, but I don’t think he’s low on empathy. All those kind acts he’s done for Yigon weren’t even out of love, so I think they came from natural human decency. He’s naturally good tbh. But still, he's such an asshole. His words are too strong and harsh, how dare he call Yigon crazy for thinking his brother wanted to kill him when it's all true. I can’t, just give me the whole story already AAHHH (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
