Honestly, it's definitely a strange practice, but seeing Milo is supposed to be an adult, maybe this is what was planned/sketched out so the author just finishes it. But yeah he basically 10x in growth spurt.

I hate when yaois always introduce a child character that has been a child throughout the actual work just to once draw them sexually even if they aged them up ;-; or when readers fantasize about the child sexually 'when they grow up' it just rubs me the wrong way or am i too sensitive? like hes my baby why is he all of a sudden giant with his tits out like woah
