Fr. Might be a hot take, but I didn't like that one either, I think that mother-son duo couldve lived a fulfilling life even without romantic partners. But I guess the way the manhwa was structured, esp for the mom's, it's inevitable. I rather see her have a successful fish shop, have a late mid life crisis bc all these years she's heen breaking her back to provide for her son she doesn't have to anymore suddenly, then find a new calling for whatever job or hobby she wants to pursue that she couldnt bc she's been in survival mode for decades since her hubby died.
