Hikaru doesn't care about him just granting the wish

He's willing to hurt the person who asked for the wish as long as he grants it, is like a Dijin from the middle east.
For clarification if you're curious, Dijins aka geniuses yeah like aladin where originally entities that where not evil or good, born from nature and so powerful they could bend destiny and reality itself, some where good some where bad, some protected some killed but all of them had one desire, Freedom.
Is not clear why but some beleve Dijins did something like a punishment they where forced to grant wishes ence why the common folk beleved they where not that powerful and took the title of deity from them, we don't really know why Dijins have to follow this strange rule since by definition they are like the embodiment of nature power.
But more than often they were creatures that didn't really care about the living.
My theory is that the author had an inspiration from them or is just an coincidence.
If you made it this far sorry for my rumbling and this confusing rambling of mine.
