There's no real conflict so theres nothing to be invested in, everyone's thoughts and emotions are stated so theres no emotional risk, the characters arent fleshed out so you don't care to root for them and the pacing is odd. Honestly, you will get the same reading experience if you read the first 15 chapters then skip to the end. Trust the comments, this is not worth it.
