Yeah and not to mention she had to ask her son if he really meant it when he so earnestly said he wanted to spend time with her. Like, he's your son?!?! You have to ask him for confirmation after he explicitly told you he wants to be with you more, and that on top of hurting him by not giving him time in the first place!

Its good and sweet, but it felt really rushed, and the love felt one-sided until the end. The "forgive the parent" when she is literally exploiting her kid (the poor child doesn't have any time to himself) and not seeing him until he makes a "great work day"... I didn't like that.
Maybe it needed more chapters and and more slow progression :)
