For the first 6 chaps its all yeongwon (6 earrings, color doesn't matter) its towards the end of ch 6 we see a flashback to one of the times "yeongwon" makes a move and he only has 2 earrings. So they been switching behind the scenes but its in ch 6 mc let's us see that instance. This is the first sighting of the other twin for us.
It's in ch 8 we finally meet the other twin when he takes him on a date. Tan shirt, only 2earrings. He's also the one to have sex with him first which is why he's startled when called yeongwon. When he goes to get water the real yeongeon we met in ch 1-6 appears and is the one to continue (confused about water). So at least Mc has met both and talks to them and was active with both before the actual sex scene, but still scummy to not let him know.
