And also even tho Ines chose Carcel for her plans about her future without him knowing that, that still didn't change anything in Carcel's life since he did everything he wanted without thinking the aftermath. Him falling in love with her after their first confrontation as grownups was just a plus on the both sides and also his consequence from being intrigued by her since she didn't bat her eyelashes like every other woman and was cold as stone towards him. So, logically after falling in love of course he would do everything for her. So we came again to the conclusion that it's not the same. Since he didn't lose anything but only gained but now in this situation they both would be losing.
I saw a comment that someone made for the "ines's agancy". I wanted to reply to that (but couldn't, so here i am) because they were saying about how people are commenting about Carcel taking away Ines's right to decide but no one is talking about Ines taking away Carcel's decision about his life in the first chapters of the manhwa.
Well i kinda don't agree with this haha. Even tho as the commenter said people are talking about taking away Ines's right to decide, it's more said in the way that Carcel is belittling himself before even saying sth to Ines without giving her the option to say sth positive. You know what i mean? Like, basically he rejects himself and people are saying no to do that since later on the both of them will be in pain.
And for the other part about Ines deciding what to do with Carcel's life-as a marriage prospect (i think they mean about this situation if not, i apologise) it's kinda not correct again, since Carcel cheated with literally every woman that glanced over him haha, so even tho it's basic manners to stay celibate in that situation-he didn't, and he took matters into his own hands. Aka meaning he did what he wanted at that moment. So he didn't lose anything then and they just waited the wedding to happen later on, whereas in this situation they will both lose and feel pain since they fell in love with each other.
