What happened to FL brothers fiancé/girlfriend?
FL's brother's gfs? I forgot if it's just one or two but his ex(es) is a bitch. Will 100% make ur blood boil
- ML is a dumbass, gaslit himself into thinking that he likes Arista, that's why he rejected FL
- ML only really realized his feelings for FL when FL showed up with her fiance (Bern)
- FL and Bern are alike, FL having unrequited love while Bern with a tragic love
- Bern's former gf Celine married unwillingly to an old man, then she got widowed -- proceeded to pursue/want to get back with Bern
- FL and Bern "broke up" due to Celine. Pretty much the author's justification to end up their engagement
- FL's father wasn't very pleased with ML and FL being together because FL suffered with the 99 confessions and rejections by ML, and ML didn't even experience half of her suffering
- Imo FL didn't make ML suffer enough, not even close to what she went through
Others:
- FL's brother and Arista got together; Arista had one-sided feeling with him
- Bern and Celine got together as well
It would've been better if:
- FL made ML go thru 99 confessions as well
- Something satisfying where the ML suffered and proved himself worthy to be with FL
