Saw spoilers that they will meet again in season 2, but he won't notice Paula 'cause he's not blind anymore. I'm guessing Lucas died and he really did donate his eyes to Vincent.
That's gotta be one of the most gut wrenching, heart breaking things I've ever heard of. Vincent now has the eyes and chance to see because of the man who caused him to be blind and the man who fell in love with Paula. I wonder if Paula would recognize Lucas' eyes when she looks at Vincent.
Assuming, that Lucas donated his eyes in the first place.
