I mean I don't think he's that experienced with men and a big part of it is stereotype for him. He's pretty young so his previous partners probably his age or younger so they probably not taking the lead in bed for him to notice a guy can feel it there too.
Tbf women are usually more sensitive some times due to hormon changes around periods and ovulation. But outside of that women tend to be more sensitive because they or their partner tends to play with the nipples thus training them to be aroused when the nipples are stimulated. If a guy stimulates his nipples enough he will become just as sensitive.

Whenever they say “I’m a guy, i won’t feel anything there” in regards to their nipples…. Are women supposed to be more sensitive? I thought it would be the same, like nipples are nipples? Breast tissue doesn’t make them more sensitive?
