Had me curious and go through various medical sites to read about it. It's generally a living will that states what you want to happen to you in case of medical emergencies and you can't talk/make decisions for yourself. This includes do-not-resuscitate and do-not-intubate orders.
While the sites do not cover korean circumstances, the general conclusion is no, nobody can change an AMD, not even family members. Whether out of selfishness, or you do not want your family suffering from debt because of expensive life-sustaining treatment, submitted AMDs can't and shouldn't be revoked on a whim.
