I think guilt isn't the biggest emotion she feels rn. It's most likely the fear of what the people will do to her once the truth comes out. It's even shown by the hands around her throat when she thinks about her not actually being a saintess.

Ya’ll don’t understand. She’s overwhelmed with guilt. After all, she killed FIFTEEN people. A child, a parent, a simple innocent citizen. And she’s been doing it for years, too. So obviously, as the years go by, she’s going to continue depending on her powers because it’s also probably the only thing she has. And as those years continue of her depending on her power, she’s obviously going to strongly oppose whoever challenges/questions it because people are worshipping her for it AND it’s also caused her to kill innocent people for it.
Anyways, in what chapter does she finally die?
