Damn yes genius. I said long ago that Cliff is probably not just weak as he gave leon is power to heal him etc and now it's gives so much sense.
Also I think that him not being able to get pregnant can be because the womb could be created by Cliff's power so the only person being able to get Leon pregnant is Cliff.

I have a theory.
I think Cliff is alive and has gone into some sort of slumber somewhere to heal himself.
Before falling asleep, he gave the rest of his power to Leon.
Now he’s waking up, and that’s why Leon suddenly lost his power.
As for Leon, even though his womb is healthy, he can’t get pregnant because he has to have feelings for his partner.
