Probably wanted to show thr passage of time but also Jiho filling the void with someone in his home that was actively making him worse. The house being pristine and then getting messed up could represent Jihos mental state
huh? the scene of Jiho and the brother fighting does that mean that some time has passed and they were like prob not dating but in some toxic relationship and jiho often lashed out?
