i would agree with you, but i have a feeling there was something else that came up in that argument (other than just the nipple prohibition) that was the real reason he's pissed off.

Yeah that was the point, he made it seem like sex was just to get off. Tomoharu is kind of obsessed with foreplay I guess it's because he loves aki a lot and likes making love slowly so maybe that offended him particularly? Idk the tone was off they were a bit too dramatic lol
