I wish there's an option where I can view only a certain genre I like, I'm tired of these recommended victorian era manhwa, they're all practically the same, like it's all duke this, prince that, I also want a button where I can hide all the yuri and harem genre

    You can though. If you click on All Genres it will take you to a page where you can filter what you are looking for. For the things you want, click on the box next to the genre until you see a green checkmark. For the ones you don’t want, do the same thing until you see a red X. You can also sort by popularity and update date.

    You’ll still want to check reviews and stuff because some things, especially harem, aren’t always tagged with that genre.

    You can also search by what tags people use, but that’s a different process.

    That's why you use the other filters like when it last updated or popularity that I already mentioned.

    To be specific, what you can further sort by are views, popularized, create, and update. I never have an issue with being swamped by vintage stuff when I use these.
