Well not all the mc suffering is ml fault, the mc get new comfy life and get reconigzed as painter because ml too ( eventho he just using him and mc literally know that) also mc knowing enough about his feeling and decided to life with him. If you compare him with other red flag seme, at least the ml not doing that without mc consent.
this was peak everything was 10/10 but honestly I feel like the ML didnt suffer enough like the griefing and looking for mc and regret etc. wasnt long enough compared to what MC endured
