Probably because the art gets a bit worse, and both characters are braindead. It gives me the impression that the author hates this genre but is still trying to draw in it, but it comes across as a parody, not an actual serious story.
This type of story fits TV drama ngl. The back and forth is crazy. Only thing I'm tired about is how insistent and invasive seme is. You see uke calling him out at times like ok self awareness but we keep getting this uke likes him so he crumbles and lets seme do what he wants anw lol.
Why is the rating so low? I'm still in early chapters but I actually liked the way the author put internal monologues where the characters figure out their feelings or actions. The misunderstandings are minimal too it seems and the characters own their decisions. (づ￣ ³￣)づ
