Even though I haven't read the novel, i agree that the scenese after they save him is lacking all drama i need to cope with the tearing of wings chapters. I need more passion ใพ(โโขโ)
What also annoyed me is that, after MC was held prisoner for who knows how long, was tortured and had is wing ripped of, had his wing healed through a painful process, ML is like...let's fuck! What the he'll! (โฏยฐะ ยฐ)โฏโงโง let him recover first!
The whole relationship and emotion with the retainers and friends are also non T>T.
I have to say I'm disappointed
That scene was so emotional and painful to read in the novel. MC was so brave while enduring the pain and ML wanted to minimise his pain as much as possible. I was so invested while reading it and felt for them. The manhwa just doesn't convey the same emotions. And there is much plot missing. It's like the manhwa just wants hit the high points and is rushing through the story.
