Ain’t no way his parents are still alive if they have to fight leviathans to get to them

I think there is a chance if they had luck and met someone that got the gift or knew how to fight but thats 50/50

Suprisingly they're alive, even the grandparents
Tho the grandma is like in a coma state and still alive because of the grandpas skill

How were they able to be alive? Grandpa has a hobby of taking care of plants, that disaster happen and he got a skill connected to plants and nature i guess? (My memories is a bit hazy because it's been a while)

He can command the trees to protect the neigborhood and they can't get out, so they eat by fishing fish (As far as i can Remember)

I just read the novel till that part, so thats all i can Remember (=・ω・=)
