I was hoping during the make up sex Tomoharu would, out of love and respect for Aki, say he wouldn't touch his nipples so they could heal - and if the author wanted it, then Aki could get frustrated with Tomoharu teasing by skirting around them with his tongue to the point he begs Tomoharu to lick them etc. That would've been hot imo
