I want them ending together but not now ofc, we know there's an age gap and Mc is currently not interested in him at all. Age gap is one of the most cliché tropes in Bl and one of the strongest alongside enemies to lovers, I guess the idea of someone waiting for years to be finally noticed is rewarding. It is weird and wrong now but will be fine in the future, specially if the age gap is short (4 or 5 years). I also want to mention legal age in my country is 18yo (maybe that's why the age gap isn't that shocking for me) BUT a minor an a college student together is still very wrong so I will root for them after a possible time skip.
I understand that but to be honest in my opinion knowing someone that was a minor then meeting them after and getting with them is still odd to me I mean yes they both are adults but in my opinion if I knew someone was a minor and had feelings for me and then I get with them when they are a adult would be disgusting for me idk it’s strange luckily the mc doesn’t see him in that way and as for the cliche trope of age gaps I’m not very fond of those and I don’t really read them cause usually they say some weird shit but the idea of waiting for someone to turn to a adult so you can date them is odd which is why I don’t really read stuff like age gaps because they come off as predatory sometimes though this manga isn’t like this since mc is avoiding him and obviously has no feelings towards him which I’m glad about btw I hope I didn’t sound rude or anything sorry if it comes off as harsh
I think you are confusing the idea of waiting for someone to turn legal age, which is FULL-ON PREDATORY disgusting and done by groomers, versus the idea of knowing someone when they were younger where they liked you but you completely rejected them, and then meeting them again a long time later when they are a different person and then giving them a chance. Yes it’s very morally grey, but I think it’s a different situation.
And it’s even messier when you consider these situations:
A) A girl is 20 and meets a boy who is 17. He likes her, she doesn’t. After a time skip they meet again as adults and then the girl gives him a chance. You said you found this gross because the girl is an adult and the guy is a minor.
B) Same situation, but the girl is 15 and meets a boy who is 12. Later she gives him a chance when they are both adults. Because they were both minors when they met, is it suddenly okay to you?

I’ve seen a lot of people say they what the MC to end up with Hatano which is very weird because he is in high school and the mc is in college that just weird asf I think even the mc in one chapter was like “the law saved me” it was funny as hell but yeah hatano is a minor to be honest I would rather the mc get with the mind reader and hatano to get with someone his age or even better the mc doesn’t end up with anyone I like how unique this manga is but I hope the author isn’t heading in that direction with hatano and mc
