Tbf, this FL has a good enough excuse why. It must have been mentally straining for her having to deal with certain people, and she doesn't eat properly either. Any person irl who ends up not eating properly and mentally overexerting themselves, is capable of collapsing as well. You don't have to be a woman for that to happen.
