Of course it is BL. All mc's friend is gay, his brother is gay he has a boyfriend. This is literally story about a guy as a mob who life in BL world but he didn't want to be part of it. he still think he want a girlfriend but he is too busy avoiding the flag that keep happening to him by the others handsome guy. Especially his little brother's friend who is in love with him and the mind reader guy who search for him because he is too noisy but keep wondering who he is.
This manga is actually gag manga who keep showing the tropes that BL story usually use from the point of view of mob who know he live in those BL world. Just because mc didn't end up with any guy yet, doesn't mean this can't be BL manga when everything in this story full of BL
